Q: What is the best part about being back on the gridiron with everything going on right now and getting the chance to compete?

A: The best part about competing right now is that despite these trying times, football and athletics, in general, is here to cushion the blow of it all. The game has always been there and when that was almost taken away, it makes us that much more fortunate.

Q: What are your personal and team goals for the season?

A: My personal goal for this season is to contribute as much as I can to my team and to have hopefully patched up a lot of weaknesses in my game. As for my team, I think that we could make it past the second round this year if the season follows all the way through.

Q: Who is your favorite professional athlete and why?

A: On game days I try to stay positive and get my mind right throughout the day and go grab some food with our outside linebacker. We get a good meal and go over the film and our game plan for the night. Then, I take care of any physical tweaks or aches and hit the field with my team after I suit up.

#75 Noe Moreno, OL/DL 6’1″, 310Ibs.
#11 Alex Alvarado, ATH 5’9″ 155Ibs.

Alex Alvarado will be a player to look out for this season, read what he has to say about the upcoming season.

Q: What is the best part about being back on the gridiron with everything going on right now?

A: The best part about being able to play this year is being able to play with my brothers in our last year and getting an opportunity to play so we can showcase our skills to get an opportunity to play at the next level.

Q: What are your personal and team goals for the season?

A: My goal for this season is to lead my team to a great season, and my team goal this season is to win our district championship and go into the 3rd round of the playoffs.

Q: How do you prep for the Friday night lights, what are your pregame rituals?

A: I like to put on my earphones and play my pregame music, and think about everything I have to do right to win that night.
