Strengths:Â Built like a greek god with powerful trunk, thighs and upper body. Excellent build and size for the running back position. Runs the ball with excellent combination of vision, instinct and decisiveness. Shows good wiggle for a big back and is able to change directions with no hesitation or wasted motion. Downhill runner who falls forward when hit. Shows the ability to elude penetration in the backfield and shows enough burst to get outside of would-be pursuers. Evans shows extinctive feel for developing blocks in space and is superb at setting up blocks and bursting from behind them. Can push the pile and find yards on his own. Agile with great feet and hips. Shows excellent balance after contact. Able pass catcher with good RAC ability. Evans is an elite. three-down running back who has the ability to excel in every facet of the game.

Followed that up with 1784 yards and 29 touchdowns his junior season averaging 10.3 yards per carry on his way to a state title. Makes up one of the most lethal backfield duos in the state along 2021 quarterback Dematrius Davis Jr. Considered a generational talent at his position.
