Southlake Carroll senior running back, T.J. McDaniel, powered the Dragons to a 58-37 victory with the help of his 258 rushing yards and 5 TDs. First year head coach, Riley Dodge, has the Dragons looking like legitimate title contenders after Carroll’s 2017 football team, coached by Hal Wasson, came to an end with a loss to Waco Midway in the 6A D2 regional final.
